Hello All! I just posted a skirt on Etsy this morning and it is titled the 80’s Polka Dot skirt! I couldn’t come up with anything better.

I am going to be updating my shop this week with new pictures and I will be posting another new item tomorrow. I also wanted to share a skirt that I made for my niece and she loved it! Maybe I will make a new line of girl skirts?

maybe I have so many ideas and things that I want to do right now! I have to prioritize! I have also been working on dog harnesses and I just got in the D rings for those, so that might be my weekend project. My dogs will be the testers! ha

Bandera Camping Trip

So I had a nice little mini vacation last month, and it was a blast! We went camping for 2 nights and 3 days. I love to camp! This is something I do besides sewing and crafting but I am sure if I could I would have taken something with me out there! ha I will be going out there again before the summer is over. I just hope it rains soon! So the water will be at a little higher level. It hasn’t rained here in San Antonio for quite some time! okay I am outta here and stay tuned for more posts of Etsy finds and stuff that I post at Custom Made by Sarita!

A Month

WOW it has been a month since i have been on here, i have been busy this month! lots of things going on. I will be posting some stuff on my etsy page next week and i will be on vacation again! I have been on etsy alot this week finding some more stuff i want o buy! i am addicted to ETSY!! I also sold 3 pairs of earrings this week and i hope they enjoy them. Etsy Find!!

I found a cute cool shop on Etsy called Caty Lou Quilts, they have some GREAT fabric on there. I ordered a lot already. They list everything at a yard but just convo and they will set you up a reserved listing and they ship FAST!! I love getting stuff in the mail. Here are some pics of the fabric i ordered.

I have also stumbled across Craft O Rama in Austin they also have a etsy shop and i ordered some fabric called "Los Novios"

Fiesta, Fiesta!

Once again it was Fiesta here in Ol’ San Antonio! It was a lot of fun we go to the King Williams Fair every year and we had another great time! We went to the Parade at 10 and I took my stretch and he always loves watching the parade! He got a lot of compliments on his Sombrero and people actually took pictures of him. My friend took one she has to hurry up and send it to me!! There were also lots of AWESOME vendors! Hopefully I will be able to participate in the event next year I just need more inventory!

Here is a little history:
1967, the King William Association was chartered as a non-profit corporation to preserve the oldest historic district in the state of Texas and to promote the unique cultural heritage of San Antonio. To further that mission, the Association hosted it first Fair in 1968. Since then, the Fair has grown from a one-block arts exhibit to a major Fiesta event. Through the efforts of hundreds of volunteers and thousands of Fair-goers, the Fair raises funds for arts, education, and community improvements.

The Parade!

Stretch's New Shirt

I wanted to share something that i got for my Stretchy! He is a Daushand and has been with me for 9 years! (he will be 10 May 12th) He loves his new shirt. I got this from a shop on Etsy called Bad 2 the Bone! They are a great seller and have lots of other cool shirts. If you are looking for that cool shirt for your dog check them out!.

More Stuff!!

I have really been cranking the stuff out! I have posted 4 more skirts on Etsy this week. I plan on posting at least 2-3 items a week. I hope I can stick to my goal!

The first skirt is a Black and White Checkered with a soft pink waist band!

This on is a Festive Dia De Los Muertos Skirt (Day of the Dead) I didn’t want to cut this fabric but I did, I couldn’t hang on to it forever! HA!

This next one is a Cherry skirt it is very cute it has little tiny cherries with little white polka dots.

Last but not lest is a black skirt with little skulls, they are cute I am making my niece a headband out of this material.
